Administrative Assistant – Client Account Services

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Client Account Services (CAS) team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily activities through a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our client support functions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Scan and digitize documents with accuracy and efficiency to maintain organized electronic records
  • Perform data entry and ensure all client information is current and correctly maintained
  • Handle photocopying, document assembly, and other clerical tasks to support team operations
  • Assist the CAS team with additional administrative duties as needed to facilitate seamless workflow

Requirements Skills and

Qualifications:
