Admin Assistant/Electrical Coord Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments efficiently
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, and communications
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain and organize filing systems
- Dispatch electricians and coordinate service schedules
- Pull and manage electrical permits
- Provide general support to customers and address inquiries
- Assist with daily office needs and general clerical duties
Admin Assistant/Electrical Coord
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Working knowledge of the HVAC industry or similar service industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, dependability, and strong work ethic
