Project Coordinator/Administrator

CACI is seeking an Administrative Support Member that will provide integration support in the daily filing of all Program Management documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and filing several documents, travel and procurement action in support of the Program and PMO.
  • Finding and verifying Point of Contacts information for upcoming assignments.
  • Interacting with various team members to verify whether prerequisite actions have been completed for travel and/or training.
  • Tracking scheduling & verifying that accounts have met requirements by target dates.
  • Identifying and reporting missing/incomplete documents.
  • Creating documents in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Verifying & tracking document completion.
  • Creating and maintaining tracking documents/tools.
  • Conducting on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Maintaining proper filing of SharePoint document folders.
  • Being flexible to assist in other tasks assigned to the program.
  • Balancing tasks with competing priorities.
  • Reacting to emergent tasking.
  • Creating a routine that ensures tasking is completed with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Working productively with others in remote locations effectively through email.
  • Developing weekly activity reports to document weekly tasking.
  • Responding to employee travel related issues at any time.
  • Maintaining and documenting travel processes.

Qualifications required include:

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience.
  • Attention to detail with processes is a must.
  • Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as well as an understanding of Program Procurement actions and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Teams.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.

Desired skills include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with military travel processing.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
