Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and solutions‑oriented Project Manager to lead project teams, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver high‑quality results on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and brings strong leadership and communication skills to every project.

You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects while serving as a trusted partner to upper management, field teams, and clients.

• Champion project needs and advocate for additional funding when required
• Develop, adjust, and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines
• Make informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively
• Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Monitor project budgets and maintain cost efficiency
• Communicate clearly and consistently with upper management

• Ability to define project goals, timelines, and budget objectives
• Strong resource coordination and management skills
• Experience developing both short‑ and long‑term project plans
• Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints
• Proven experience managing contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Proficiency with relevant project management and construction software
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of working across multiple disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with owners, superintendents, and office staff
• Strong business judgment and the ability to prepare clear reports
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction project manager (recommended)

Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field OR a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Valid driver’s license

OSHA 30 Safety Training (required)

Construction Quality Control training (preferred)
