Stoa Group is seeking a Superintendent to lead field execution for The Waters at Fayetteville, a ground-up multifamily project in Fayetteville, NC. You will own core construction phases and coordinate MEP, inspections, subcontractors, and field operations from open wall through insulation, ensuring safety and quality.
You will work with the Lead Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and aligned with Stoa’s standards.
