The individual will lead change management processes, evaluate and negotiate change orders, and ensure commercial governance throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining change logs, performing cost analysis, and providing recommendations to support client decision-making.

The position requires managing cost planning, estimating, and validating contractor cost data to ensure accuracy. Additionally, the role entails mentoring team members, producing monthly cost reports, and supporting final account closeout procedures.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls on medium to large-scale construction programs is required. Applicants should possess advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and Earned Value Management, alongside a strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction.

The role requires regular onsite presence and proficiency in industry-standard cost management tools.
