The individual will lead change management processes, evaluate and negotiate change orders, and ensure commercial governance throughout the construction lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining change logs, performing cost planning and estimating, and providing detailed cost analysis to support client decision-making.

The position requires managing financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting while ensuring adherence to cost control procedures. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members and promoting best practices in project controls and commercial management.##

Required Qualifications and Skills Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. The role requires at least 57 years of experience in cost management or project controls on medium to large-scale construction programs. Applicants need a strong understanding of civil, structural, and MEP construction, along with advanced knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and Earned Value Management.

Proficiency in industry-standard cost management tools and Microsoft Office is required, and regular onsite presence is mandatory.
