Concrete Worker

Job Description

As a Concrete Worker at our company, you will play an integral role in constructing and maintaining industrial facilities by specializing in the preparation and pouring of concrete. You will collaborate with a medium-sized crew to ensure high-quality finishes, proper reinforcement placement, and adherence to safety protocols, while occasionally traveling to various job sites to support project needs.

Responsibilities

• Set forms accurately for concrete pours
• Prepare job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
• Pour concrete with precision and consistency
• Finish surfaces to meet quality standards
• Place reinforcement such as rebar properly
• Manage concrete curing processes effectively
• Comply with all safety regulations and site requirements
• Operate hand tools, small machinery (trowels, mixers), and large machinery (concrete pumps, heavy mixers)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of concrete working experience
• Proficiency in concrete finishing and formwork installation
• Experience with rebar placement and use of concrete tools
• Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks
• Attention to detail to ensure quality work
• Awareness and adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
