Compensation: $85,000-$100,000+ Benefits (commensurate with experience)
Commercial Construction Project Manager on behalf of our client to manage commercial renovation, remodeling, and improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage the full project lifecycle while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field teams. Experience with estimating, preconstruction, or business development is a strong plus.
Position OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, financial performance, and execution of commercial construction projects. Projects may include commercial renovations, remodels, tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and other general commercial construction scopes

You’ll work closely with field leadership, ownership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with clients
- Support estimating, takeoffs, bid reviews, and subcontractor buyout
- Monitor job costs, forecasts, and overall project profitability
- Work closely with Superintendents to resolve field issues and maintain schedules
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners
- Identify opportunities for additional work and repeat business
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Project management experience within commercial renovations, remodels, tenant improvements, or general commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and project financials
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and subcontractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working directly with clients and project stakeholders
- Estimating or preconstruction experience preferred
- Client relationship or business development experience is a strong advantage
- $85,000–$130,000 base salary
