Crunch Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide top-notch service to members, guests, and prospective members. The role is hourly and non-exempt, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced fitness club environment.
The CSR will greet and assist members, inform them about memberships, process updates, maintain retail stock, and ensure the club remains clean and welcoming. Training and development are offered to support career growth in a dynamic team.
