Homecoming Event Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Event Workers to assist with a variety of Homecoming activities at a local university in Fayetteville, NC on October 17. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a large community event.

• Football game operations and guest assistance
• Tailgating and parking lot support
• Homecoming parade assistance
• Crowd management and event security support
• Campus tour guides and visitor assistance
• Ticket scanning and entry gate operations
• Event setup and breakdown
• Directional guidance and information services

• Welcome and assist students, alumni, families, and guests.
• Provide directions and answer general event questions.
• Monitor assigned areas and report concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with parking and traffic flow.
• Support crowd management and maintain a safe environment.
• Help with event setup, cleanup, and equipment organization.
• Follow all event policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.
• Ability to stand and walk for several hours.
• Prior event, security, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
