About Our PracticeAt Carolinas Dentist Fayetteville, we provide exceptional patient care to our patients while creating a funergetic atmosphere for our staff. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.
Responsibilities:- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments
- Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments
- Enters information on dental software in patient accounts
- Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information
Collects all monies due for services rendered - Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred
