An established, mission-driven pediatric practice in southeastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its outpatient team. Position Highlights- Outpatient pediatric practice
- High-volume, community-focused setting
- Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) per provider
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
- Additional hourly compensation for evening and weekend coverage
- $10,000 transition bonus
- Base salary: $200,000 – $240,000
- Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses
- 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for provider and all dependents
- PTO starting at 27.5 days and increasing to 42.5 days after year one
- Eligibility for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment (NHSC programs)

- Malpractice coverage
