The Village Baptist Church exists to fulfill the Great Commission as commanded in Matthew 28:19-20, which calls for making disciples of all nations, baptizing them, and teaching them to observe the teachings of Jesus Christ. Rooted in faith and community, the church serves as a place of spiritual growth, worship, and service. Located in Fayetteville, NC, The Village Baptist Church seeks to inspire and equip people to live Christ-centered lives, providing a spiritually enriching environment for members and the broader community.

This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Fayetteville, NC, for the position of Lead Pastor. The Lead Pastor will be responsible for the spiritual leadership of the congregation, including preaching, teaching, counseling, and leading worship services. This role also involves overseeing ministry programs, mentoring leaders, providing pastoral care, and guiding the spiritual vision and overall mission of the church.
