This is a full-time, on-site position as a Child Care Educator at Snyder Memorial Preschool And Learning Center, located in Fayetteville, NC. The Child Care Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support the development of young children. Key responsibilities include creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment, fostering communication and social skills, providing guidance to children during activities, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to ensure optimal learning experiences.

Additionally, the Educator will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices for early childhood education.

• Experience in Lesson Planning and developing age-appropriate educational activities
• Strong skills in Education and Teaching, with a passion for fostering child development
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Training and mentoring young learners in a structured environment
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the needs of diverse learners
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
• Certifications in Child Care or First Aid/CPR are an advantage
