Evening Office Center Supervisor duties consist of daily reporting of evening/weekend classes, ensuring that rooms are open and ready for class, providing instructors with assistance in securing audiovisual aids, equipment and instructional materials, communicating instructor tardiness/absenteeism and responding to emergencies, if needed.
Responsibilities- Document and Report class and instructor issues
- Open rooms and have them ready for class
- Assist evening/weekend instructors with equipment and materials
- Assist students with concerns or issues and direct them to the appropriate person for resolution, if necessary
- Work with the Director of Curriculum Evening and Weekend Programs to ensure FTCC Policies and Procedures and maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
