Overview
The Reeves School of Business at Methodist University seeks qualified adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate courses in Business Administration. Teaching opportunities may include introductory and upper-level courses in areas such as Principles of Management, Principles of Marketing, Business Communications, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Law, and other business disciplines based on departmental needs.
We are seeking instructors with experience teaching in face-to-face, hybrid, and online asynchronous modalities who are committed to student success and engaged learning.
Responsibilities- Teach undergraduate courses in Business Administration (potential courses listed above) in accordance with departmental needs.
- Deliver instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and online asynchronous formats.
- Foster student success and engaged learning through effective teaching practices.

Qualifications- A master’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related business discipline from a regionally accredited institution is required.
- Minimum of eighteen (18) graduate semester credit hours in the discipline they are qualified to teach, in line with SACSCOC faculty credentialing guidelines.
- Preference will be given to applicants with college-level teaching experience and/or significant professional experience in business or industry.
- Successful completion of a criminal history records check is required.
