Job Description:Advanced Special Operations Techniques Management Course (ASOTMC) Support

Position Summary:WGI is seeking ASOTMC Support to serve as the primary coordinator for the planning, management, and execution of Advanced Special Operations Techniques Management Course (ASOTMC) training. This individual synchronizes training resources, personnel, facilities, and schedules while providing expert instruction and ensuring all training objectives are accomplished in accordance with Government requirements and USSOCOM standards.
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of ASOTMC course execution.
- Synchronize training schedules, personnel, facilities, equipment, and logistical support to ensure successful course delivery.
- Deliver classroom instruction, facilitate practical exercises, and mentor students throughout the training program.
- Develop, maintain, and update lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), training schedules, and instructional materials.
- Coordinate with Government leadership, military organizations, and training staff to ensure mission objectives and training requirements are achieved.
- Monitor student progress and support student evaluation, counseling, and performance assessments.
- Conduct After Action Reviews (AARs) and recommend improvements to course content, instructional methods, and training effectiveness.
- Maintain course documentation, attendance records, student evaluations, and other required reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, operational risk management (ORM), security, and operational security (OPSEC) requirements.
- Support curriculum development, instructional modernization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accountability for Government-furnished equipment, training aids, and classified materials.
- Support Temporary Duty (TDY) travel as required to accomplish training objectives.
- Maintain subject matter expertise through continuous professional development and operational awareness.
- Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
- Graduate of the Nonofficial Cover and Identity Program (NICP) Course.
- Graduate of the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course (ASOTC).
- Demonstrated Battalion-level management or leadership experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience coordinating operations, military training programs, or mission support activities.
- Strong knowledge of Special Operations planning, operational coordination, and training management.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
