Position: Biology Instructor (10 Month)

Fayetteville Technical Community College ( FTCC ) invites passionate and dedicated educators to apply for a full-time General Biology and Microbiology Instructor position. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals and supporting students pursuing transfer to four-year institutions. You will bring biology and microbiology to life through engaging, hands‑on instruction in modern classrooms and fully equipped laboratory spaces, while also leveraging online, hybrid, blended, and in‑person formats to meet the diverse needs of today’s learners.

As a faculty member, you will provide students with a strong foundation in the biological sciences, fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and a love of learning that prepares them for academic and career success.   • State-of-the-Art Teaching Labs:

Dedicated laboratory technicians support lab preparation, setup, maintenance, and safety compliance, allowing you to focus on high‑impact teaching and student engagement.
