A well‑functioning Airborne ISR Operations center is critical to enabling the DoW to achieve their missions. How can an organization ensure their network and systems support a no‑fail mission? As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support a mission‑critical global C2

ISR infrastructure to enable sensor data transport. Under broad direction, you will upgrade and expand systems integration capabilities, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, analyze current sensor systems, and increase security, reliability, and availability for mission‑critical systems.

In this role you will influence team members, the customer, and vendors to define, analyze, and provide solutions for the customer’s sensor data transport requirements. Your knowledge will be invaluable as you optimize client operations and support modernization.

Proactively identify problems, drive solutions, and ensure completion without reliance on external direction. Take personal responsibility for mission success, team performance, and deliverable quality—own both successes and failures. Anticipate risks, remove obstacles, and act decisively to close gaps before they impact schedule, cost, or performance.

• Experience with unmanned and manned ISR platforms
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with systems engineering, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M or DoDM 8140.03 Certification such as Security+ within 30 days of start date

Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
