AV Engineer Security Clearance

Position: AV Engineer with Security Clearance
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an AV Engineer to support operations in Fayetteville, NC . This role will design and support advanced A/V systems while conducting onsite surveys and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, high-performance solutions. Responsibilities for the AV Engineer include:
* Design A/V systems using AutoCAD and Crestron, producing drawings, BOMs, and system architectures.
* Conduct site surveys gg, troubleshoot systems, and support scoping and costing for A/V projects.
* Test and troubleshoot integrated audio, video, control, and network components.
* Develop test plans and deliver user/admin training for deployed A/V systems. Qualifications for the AV Engineer include:
* 5+ years of experience
* Engineering/Computer Science degree with progressive systems design experience.
* Skilled in hardware/software integration, A/V/IT systems, AutoCAD, and blueprint interpretation.
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including mentoring and working across multidisciplinary teams.
* Active Top Secret Clearance Compensation for the AV Engineer include:
* Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 based on years of experience
