Electrical Design Engineer (EIT)
Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a leading electrical contractor to find a motivated Electrical Engineer (EIT) to join their growing team. This is a perfect opportunity for a professional with a few years of experience who is looking to transition from "learning the basics" to "owning the design" within a flexible and supportive work environment.

The Role at a Glance
Working directly with the Director of Engineering, you will play a vital role in the planning and technical design of diverse construction projects. Assist the Director of Engineering with project design, estimation, and construction efforts for both traditional and design/build projects. - Field Synergy:
Ensure designs are not just theoretically sound but are practical for field installation and implementation. - Process Improvement:
Contribute to the development of consistent engineering and BIM standards across the company. - Technical Documentation:
Prepare clear, accurate specifications and technical drawings that meet both client needs and regulatory standards. - Calculations:
Perform necessary electrical calculations to establish benchmarks for construction and installation processes. - Collaborative Liaison:
Participate in project meetings and interact with clients to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
