EVM Program Cost Analyst
The OpportunityThe Booz Allen Earned Value Management (EVM) Organization is seeking an experienced and disciplined EVM Program Cost Analyst to drive EVM Operations from the program finance or cost control perspective and facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra. This role interfaces with multiple program management personnel to facilitate effective and efficient EIA-748 caliber EVM Cost and Schedule Data Integration, Validation, and Analytics.
You’ll support routine operations, including supporting program planning or startup activities, establishing budget targets with CAMs or PMs, creating program Control Account or Work Package structure, importing schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool, facilitating monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), conducting data quality or validation and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks, supporting Variance Analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control principles.

You Have- 3+ years of experience in a professional program finance or cost control role
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting
- Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commit to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with large-scale projects in industries such as defense, aerospace or IT
- Experience in a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, and IMS and CPR, IPMR, or IPMDA Deliverables
- Experience with DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM)
- Experience with DoD Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) and generating and submitting Flex Files, Quantity Data Reports (QDR), and Software Resource Data Reports (SRDR) to the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise (CADE)
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS)
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements.
