Function:Performs various duties in the Bank's Operations
- Research Exceptions area.
Assumes direct responsibility for duties including one or more of the following:
- Exceptions Processing:
- Verifies the following Safe Deposit Box documents are properly processed:
- Assist in handling retail inquires for overdrafts and return items.
- Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.
- Compile data for monthly productivity reporting.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Assist with training of new Non-Post/Returns staff members.
Operates a keypad device, operates office equipment. Sitting is required 99% of the day. Utilizes manual dexterity skills for typing, filing, and data entry on a frequent basis, up to 75% of the business day. Possess the ability to focus visually at a close distance of 18"-20" for a period of up to 75% of the business day. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs, stand, walk, and reach with hand and/or arm throughout the business day.
