Strategic Finance Leader — Work Directly Under Dynamic CFO – $150k Base Bonus — Columbus, NE

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside an impressive CFO, gain significant exposure to executive leadership, and take ownership of the finance function supporting a growing manufacturing operation. This individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and operational decision making — this is a highly visible position with a long runway for growth.

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple manufacturing operations, working directly with plant and business-unit leadership to develop operating plans
• Develop and maintain financial models and management reporting that provide leadership with visibility into revenue, gross margin, labor, material costs, overhead, and overall plant performance
• Own and continuously improve the company’s standard costing process, ensuring costs accurately reflect current labor rates, material costs, manufacturing overhead, production methods, and other relevant inputs
• Develop reporting tools and processes that improve the timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial information available to operational leaders
