. This position works with a concierge physician to provide healthcare services for corporate clients, ensuring excellent care and patient experience.

The LPN handles front- and back‑office duties, including patient assessment, communication with physicians, and ensuring resources for successful care. This highly visible role requires responsibility for meeting satisfaction goals.

• Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
• Record patient assessments into an Electronic Medical Record.
• Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; coordinate with labs for additional tests.
• Assist with medical procedures.
• Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic equipment (e.g., O2 therapy, EKG).
• Maintain exam rooms clean, disinfected, and stocked.
• Maintain patient flow in accordance with scheduling and call volume.
• Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and external care.
• Retrieve and respond to messages from patients, pharmacies, and medical offices.
• Fulfill medical record requests and abstraction.
• Make each medical visit positive and supportive.

• Current BLS certification and nursing license valid in the state.
• Minimum one year experience in primary care with exceptional phlebotomy skills.
