Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our established Fayetteville, NC clinic.
This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical quality, manageable caseloads, and strong leadership support within a collaborative and ethical ABA environment.
As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality ABA services while working alongside a supportive clinical team focused on positive outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis
- Modify treatment programs based on clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
