Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 | Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus

About The Role – Clinical Director / BCBA
We are seeking a strong, compassionate leader to help guide our clinical team and ensure exceptional care for the children and families we serve. This position blends leadership, support, oversight, and direct clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Oversee clinical quality and ensure program effectiveness
  • Provide leadership, support, and case direction to BCBAs and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care
  • Train and support families, caregivers, and staff
  • Monitor data, adjust treatment plans, and ensure best practices
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive clinical team
  • Reliable transportation
