Are you looking for an opportunity to create a technical synergy that will modernize and create efficiency in the Department of Defense? As an integration engineer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions across functions or between organizations that make a direct impact. You will assist in building scenarios and shaping training for customers in a virtual environment, deriving information from complex military operations to apply data to Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) scenarios and understand system capabilities and limitations.
Responsibilities• Design, develop, and implement solutions across functions or between organizations to ensure seamless integration.
• Build scenarios and shape training for customers in virtual environments.
• Derive information from complex military CONOPs and apply data to LVC scenarios to assess system capabilities, ensuring training stays within realistic constraints for participants and equipment.
You Have:
- Experience with JTACs, SOF, Joint Fires, and Fixed and Rotary Wing Aircraft
- Ability to derive information from complex military CONOPs and apply data to live, virtual, or constructive scenarios while recognizing system capabilities and limitations
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience as a SOF JTAC, SOF JTAC-I, or SOF JTAC-E
- Experience building scenarios and shaping training for customers in virtual environments (e.g., GRNTS, MACE, MOC‑T, VRSG / MetaVR, or associated virtual environment applications)
- Knowledge of live, virtual, constructive, and distributed missions across the DoD and multinational enterprises
- Ability to brief small and large groups to provide training assessment and feedback
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
