As a Deployment Strategist, you work with Engineers, Product Designers, and fellow Strategists to deploy software on the world’s most challenging problems. You synthesize disparate insights into a clear understanding of the problem, the data, the product needs, user motivations, and potential impact.

• Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points
• Identify relevant datasets through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate the data into a stable and extensible pipeline
• Build bespoke workflows for new user groups
• Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted to have concrete impact on partners’ operations
• Present the results of your work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from analysts to C‑suite executives
• Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to incorporate field insights into cross‑Palantir product offerings
• Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
• Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations around the world

• Ability to travel 25–75% required; varies by location and team
• Active US Security Clearance at or above the Top Secret level

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 – $170,000 per year. Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign‑on bonus, and other potential future incentives. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign‑on bonus, benefits offered, and the potential future value of any long‑term incentives.
