Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a Pillar 3 reporting strategy
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks
- Deliver reporting aligned to enterprise BI tools
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on analytical strategy
- Partner with business, data, and technology teams
- Provide ongoing mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level analysts
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience
- Advanced Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design, performance optimization)
- Leadership experience mentoring/leading junior analysts or developers
- Proficiency in data visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric)
- Strong experience engaging executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytics solutions
