We're looking for someone like you to help clients modernize their processes, close visibility gaps, and bring Zero T rus t principles to life across the enterprise. As a Business Analyst at Booz Allen, you'll help organizations understand how their mission workflows actually operate by mapping end-to-end processes, and analyzing dependencies across Zero T rus t pillars. You'll support team efforts by monitoring progress against Zero T rus t work streams, coordinating with engineering and cyber teams, and ensuring requirements, risks, and decisions are accurately reflected across dashboards and status reports.

You'll dive into process documentation and project artifacts-everything from SOPs and architecture diagrams to test plans and client deliverables-to distill what's working, what isn't, and what needs to evolve as clients mature their Zero T rus t posture. Your work ensures Zero T rus t transformations don't break the mission they are meant to protect. You'll analyze operational workflows, validate user journeys, and examine how business processes intersect with authentication, authorization, and continuous verification requirements.

You'll assess data flows, review system and process documentation, and evaluate project artifacts to uncover gaps that impact Zero T rus t alignment. By partnering with mission owners, engineers, and cyber strategists, you'll translate operational insights into clear, actionable steps that support modernization efforts, strengthen enterprise resilience, and enable secure, efficient mission execution. * 2+ years of experience analyzing and documenting business processes, workflows, or mission operations

* 2+ years of experience e nga ging with stakeholders to gather requirements and support operational decision-making

* Experience maintaining standardized documentation across teams

* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree
* Security+ Certification Nice If You Have:
* Experience working with engineers, cybersecurity teams, or IT develop ers to identify process improvement opportunities or propose system modifications

* Experience supporting Zero T rus t or cybersecurity modernization

* Experience supporting Department of War ( DoW ) missions

* Experience using project and requirements-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Service Now

* Master's degree
* Project Management Professional ( PMP ) certification or equivalent Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
