Client is seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to support its Information Technology Division. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau development, Tableau Server administration, dashboard development, data modeling, and Business Intelligence. This role involves supporting the Tableau platform, developing enterprise dashboards, training users, and collaborating with business stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Administer, configure, and support Tableau Server.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions.
• Provide Tableau training and support as part of the Tableau Center of Excellence.
• Perform data modeling, report design, and dashboard optimization.
• Ensure platform performance, maintenance, and operational support.

• 4+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) development experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on Tableau development.
• 1+ year of Tableau Server administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and report design.
• Experience with SQL, data management, and SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of Tableau best practices, development standards, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience supporting enterprise BI environments and working directly with business stakeholders.
