Delivery Project Manager

We are looking for 12+ years of experience in Project Manager with data engineering experience, who would leverage powerfully insightful data to inform our systems and solutions.

• Five or more years of experience in project management in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling complex projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• Good understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and database systems
• Experience in designing, building, and optimizing cloud-based data warehouses and ELT pipelines using SQL and Snowflake-specific features
• Experience in SQL, SnowSQL, and Python, PySpark for scripting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong ability to identify and solve problems proactively
• Managed more than 10 teams
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools may be required depending on the industry
• Experience in P&C insurance domain is a plus
• Professional certification

• Defining project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Allocating and coordinating the project team and resources to meet milestones
• Developing and managing project budgets to ensure projects stay on financial track
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, issues, and risks, ensuring their needs are understood and met
• Continuously tracking project progress, setting deadlines, and creating detailed reports on key performance indicators
• Conducting evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements for future improvement
• Status reporting and storytelling
• Staying up-to-date: staying current with the latest trends and emerging technologies in data engineering, evaluating and recommending new tools to improve efficiency and performance

• Minimum 12+ years of work experience as a Project Manager with technical experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline
• Any degree from a reputed college
