- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, architects, and platform specialists
- Define and execute infrastructure modernization and integration strategies
- Partner with business, application, security, and architecture teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise infrastructure integration services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Develop standardized infrastructure patterns to support application onboarding and modernization
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure services with enterprise platforms and business applications
- Build and manage modern platform engineering capabilities supporting self-service infrastructure delivery
- Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices across the enterprise
- Drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual processes and improve service reliability
- 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience, or equivalent
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering and operations experience7+ years of experience implementing enterprise secrets management solutions
- 7+ years of cloud architecture, security, networking, and enterprise integration patterns
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing Open Shift/Kubernetes platforms
- 5+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
- 3+ years of experience establishing enterprise CI/CD and Git Ops delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Demonstrates extensive expertise in Infrastructure Engineering, with a strong focus on cloud architecture, automation, and enterprise integration. Proven ability to lead teams, implement Infrastructure as Code practices, and drive modernization strategies across diverse environments.
