Cognizant is seeking an IT Delivery Manager to serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams. You will build strong client relationships, ensure successful project delivery, manage escalations, and identify opportunities for account growth.
You will act as the main contact between client and onsite/offshore delivery teams, gather requirements, monitor progress, manage risks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Travel to client sites may be required as needed.
