Requirements Must have:
- – We require a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business, public health, or a related discipline; healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- – We look for 5-7 years of analytics experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical sector.
- – We need familiarity with data science techniques such as decision trees, multivariate analysis, segmentation modeling, factor analysis, regression, forecasting, and machine learning.

- – We expect intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
- – We expect intermediate to advanced proficiency with data visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau.
- – We need strong communication skills and the ability to manage expectations.
- – We prefer industry knowledge in insurance, pharmaceutical, or healthcare.
- – We value the ability to lead without direct authority and build relationships across functions and with customers and industry stakeholders.

- We support complex client requests and issue escalations in partnership with account teams.
- We contribute insights that inform strategic and tactical decisions across competitive positioning, product design, analytics, and operations.
- We develop deep expertise in Cover My Meds , the pharmaceutical industry, and the business context of the accounts we support.

Our Cover My Meds team is hiring a Strategic Data Scientist to help refine our value proposition and support customer teams with high-value analytics and insight from live data. This role collaborates across the business, supports external client goals, and is best suited to a curious, adaptable professional who turns complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
We prioritize candidates in the Columbus, OH metropolitan area, and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role now or in the future. We offer a competitive Total Rewards package, including base pay, potential bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, and other benefits, with a stated base pay range of $108,800 to $181,300.
