What You'll DoWorking within a flexible team that supports the Collaboration Business Unit, you will play a critical role in procurement operations, data analysis, and infrastructure deployment activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of Networking equipment, maintaining data accuracy, and providing operational insights that support business decisions.
As a Business Procurement Analyst
, you will:
- Procure and manage high volumes of networking equipment, including computers, networking hardware, structured cabling, fiber optic components, server racks, and security infrastructure.
- Support data migration activities across multiple systems and tools while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team inquiries, providing timely responses within 24 hours.
- Coordinate with Compute Engineering, Network Engineering, Design Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams to resolve Bill of Materials (BOM) discrepancies and procurement-related issues.
- Track procurement activities, asset inventories, project documentation, and deployment schedules to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze procurement, inventory, and operational data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, procurement updates, risks, and operational insights to business stakeholders and PMO teams.
- Collaborate with Business Units, Product Operations, Quality, Global Supply Management, and other cross-functional partners to align sourcing and procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, stakeholder communication, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify process gaps, recommend process improvements, and drive operational efficiencies across procurement, inventory management, and business operations workflows.
- Utilize multiple enterprise systems, procurement tools, ERP platforms, ticketing systems, and reporting applications to manage procurement, inventory, and operational activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that enhance productivity, data accuracy, and overall business performance via AI.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization, including:
- Finance Team
- Supply Chain Team
- Cybersecurity Team
- Project Management Office (PMO)
- IT Operations and Support Teams
- Business Operations Team
- Vendors and External Suppliers
You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring procurement activities, data analysis, and project execution remain aligned with organizational goals.
