Anderson Frank is partnering with a growing manufacturing company near Fayetteville, NC that is seeking Net Suite Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the Net Suite ERP platform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite, working closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Executive teams to ensure system performance, data integrity, and process efficiency.
This role is responsible for maintaining the Net Suite ecosystem, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting end users, and implementing system enhancements that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Net Suite Administration- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Net Suite ERP platform.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, forms, and system configurations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain system documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Support manufacturing, planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, and fulfillment processes within Net Suite.
- Partner with operations stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of items, BOMs (Bills of Materials), routings, work orders, and production-related data.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Net Suite solutions.
- Configure workflows, custom records, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
- Lead or support Net Suite implementations, upgrades, integrations, and new module deployments.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants as necessary.
- Develop and maintain saved searches, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Support management reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the ERP environment.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Net Suite users.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for departments utilizing Net Suite.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
- Develop and monitor data quality controls and system security practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience.
- Experience supporting Net Suite within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
- Net Suite Administrator Certification.
- Experience with Net Suite Manufacturing, Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, Demand Planning, or Advanced Inventory modules.
- Knowledge of Suite Flow, Suite Analytics, Suite Builder, and Suite Script.
- Experience with ERP integrations and middleware platforms.
- Familiarity with SQL, data imports/exports, and API integrations.
