Job Summary

Triple D’s Janitorial Services seeks dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our Fayetteville-based team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, welcoming environments for businesses.

Must be flexible with hours between 10am‑5pm, Monday–Friday (5 days/week), on‑site.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
• Flexibility in working hours is required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures).
• Clean kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances, cabinets, stovetops).
• Make beds, change linens, and tidy bedrooms and living spaces.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Handle deep‑cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, baseboards, windows).
• Follow client‑specific instructions and respect client privacy and property.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
