Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (maintenance, janitorial and grounds) to join our team in in Fayetteville, NC. The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and helping with light maintenance tasks.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM

• Compensation: $16.00/ HR
• Up to$3,000
  a year in Quarterly Bonuses

A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position.
