Multi-Billion-dollar international manufacturing company located on the west side of Fayetteville NC is looking for an Operations Manager
- Lead and manage the plant floor managers ensuring a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
- Make sure products meet quality standards and job specifications through inspection and testing procedures.
- Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Track key metrics and KPI’s to the senior management team.
- Drive the strategic plan by leading the ongoing implementation of lean manufacturing best practice utilizing experience with lean methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years working as a Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP
