Position SummaryThis position is capable of setting up and operating a piece of equipment or a piece of filter manufacturing process parameters & quality standards
Main Accountabilities- Capability to set up and produce product at acceptable quality levels.
- Ability to changeover equipment from model to model in predetermined times and produces products at acceptable quality levels.
- Perform SPC checks and maintain quality documentation.
- Knowledge to determine if equipment is not performing to standard.
- Knowledge to follow BOM and produce products to schedule
- Ability to maintain process scrap to acceptable levels
- Knowledge of proper use of hand tools.
- Ability to use and measure with precision measuring tools, calipers, micrometers.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and determine root cause of malfunction
- Performs activities in a positive and professional manner.
- Overtime may be required to meet production requirements.
- Maintains an acceptable attendance record to ensure timely work completion.
- Must have knowledge of and adhere to the current Quality, safety and Environmental System requirements that relate to this job.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
