Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Deliver high-quality patient care within a fast-paced PCU environment
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, responding promptly to abnormalities
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety and adherence to care plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies and compliance standards
Respond to medical emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately
Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate, attentive care

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Valid North Carolina RN license
Current BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years' recent PCU experience
