Rn Or Lpn Unit Manager

Introduction

Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a RN Unit Manager to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. Applicant must have an unrestricted Registered Nurse license. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN Unit Manager will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education to our residents.

• Oversee clinical operations of the unit and be responsible for staff.
• Provide supervision of nurses and CNAs, and interface with physicians.
• Provide QI reporting and follow‑up, and offer clinical expertise to staff as needed.
• Provide care for our most clinically acute patients and residents.

• Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three to five years of experience as an RN, preferably in long‑term care.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations as they relate to long‑term care.
• Preferred nursing management experience.
• BSN preferred.
