Position Overview
Seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site urgent care role in North Carolina.
Responsibilities- Provide autonomous, patient-centered care for acute and episodic conditions, including procedures and diagnostic interpretation.
- Manage an average of 3–4 patients per hour, with access to clinical protocols, support staff, and leadership.
- Work 3 shifts of 12 hours weekly with rotating weekends, no on-call duties, and flexible scheduling.
- Compensation ranges from $55–$70/hour, with annual earnings around $103K–$131K, plus incentives and bonuses.

- Valid NC license or eligibility.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- 1+ year urgent care/emergency/primary care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
