Nurse Supervisor – RN - Fayetteville, NC

We are seeking an experienced RN as a Nurse Supervisor for our 120-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to our Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.

Qualifications:

• Required – RN with unencumbered NC credentials

• Required – Two years experience as a Supervisor in a Long Term Care environment

• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software – Point Click Care  a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization

• Ability to organize and prioritize

• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation
