- Coach preceptors and facilitate simulation and skills labs.
- Support specialty certifications and training for perioperative clinicians.
- Build a positive learning culture that empowers perioperative clinicians to thrive.
- Collaborate with Surgical/Perioperative leadership, Clinical Education, and Quality teams.
- Support a high‑performing surgical platform within a 337‑bed community‑based hospital with 7 operating rooms.
