$20,000 Commitment Bonus (2 Years)

Schedule:

Three 12-hour shifts, full-time nights (7:00 pm - 7:00 am)

Maria Parham Medical Center – Henderson, NC

Maria Parham is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network. As a Registered Nurse in the Women’s Services Department, you will provide direct patient care, using the nursing process in accordance with scope and standards of practice.

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient condition, communicating with the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provide patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
• ACLS and PALS (preferred)
• Minimum of six months to one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital Labor and Delivery or Medical/Surgical setting
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification (required)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
