We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Fayetteville, NC where you will develop meaningful relationships with patients, enjoy a predictable schedule, and help individuals on their recovery journey.
You’ll partner with experienced physicians, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to provide safe, high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient care by:
- Administering prescribed medications while following established clinical protocols
- Monitoring patients before, during, and after medication administration
- Recording patient information accurately within the medical record
- Collecting vital signs and completing routine nursing assessments
- Assisting providers with patient evaluations and clinical procedures
- Managing medication inventory and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting regulatory and accreditation standards
- Providing outstanding patient service in a welcoming outpatient environment
- Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote positive patient outcomes
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- An active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- At least one year of hands‑on nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with medical documentation
- A commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care
Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, family practice, corrections, community health, emergency medicine, or other outpatient settings is highly valued but not required.
